Micki Kidder serves as the Vice President for Undergraduate Enrollment. In this role, she leads the Enrollment team in building and deepening relationships with prospective students and enrolling and supporting scholars who value the distinct education offered by Notre Dame. The division is home to several units that support students from the beginning of their college search through their final year on campus, including the Offices of Pre-College Programs, TRIO Programs, Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and more.

Kidder served previously as Vice President for University Enterprises and Events (UEE), overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of University events and providing strategic leadership for gameday hospitality, the Morris Inn, McKenna Hall, the Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore, St. Michael’s Laundry, licensing, catering, clubs and concessions, and campus dining. Prior to joining UEE, Kidder served as Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Development.

Kidder graduated from Indiana University with degrees in accounting and finance. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and holds a certificate of education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Kidder is a formerly licensed Certified Public Accountant, and before joining the University, she led cross-functional teams in Assurance & Business Advisory Services for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

She is active in the community and currently serves as Vice Chair of the St. Joseph County Hotel Motel Tax Board of Managers, a member of the Beacon Board Quality & Clinical Integration Committee, and is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the Stanley Clark School and the Boys and Girls Club of St. Joseph County. She and her husband, Scott, are the grateful parents of 3 children.
