Hotel Accommodations

Rooms are available at The Inn at Saint Mary’s approximately one mile from campus the nights of August 2, 3 and 4. Single rooms or double rooms are $145.77 and include tax and full breakfast. On-line hotel Reservations can be made through Thursday, July 2, 2009.

If you will be sharing a room with someone, please note their name in the "Roommate" box where indicated.

By selecting a hotel option, your credit card will be charged for your first night’s stay only as a guarantee. However, upon hotel checkout you will be requested to furnish a credit card which will be charged the additional nights and any incidentals incurred during your stay.

The parking lots south of the Stadium and east of the Library are available free of charge for conference attendees. Please refer to map below.
