Micki L. Kidder

Micki Kidder serves as the Vice President for Undergraduate Enrollment. In this role, she leads the Enrollment team in building and deepening relationships with prospective students and enrolling and supporting scholars who value a Catholic-centered education. The division is home to several units that support students from the beginning of their college search to final year on campus — including the Offices of Pre-College Programs, TRIO Programs, Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and the departments of
Marketing and Communications and Shared Services.

Prior to the Enrollment division, she served three years as Vice President for University Enterprises and Events (UEE), overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of University events and providing strategic leadership for gameday hospitality, the Morris Inn, McKenna Hall, the Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore, St. Michael’s Laundry, licensing, catering, clubs and concessions, and campus dining.

Previously, Kidder served as Associate Vice President and Executive Director of Development, where she oversaw leadership and athletics fundraising, gift planning, marketing and advancement services.

Kidder graduated from Indiana University in 2000 with degrees in accounting and finance. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in May 2019 and holds a certificate of education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Kidder is a Certified Public Accountant, and prior to joining the University, she led cross-functional teams in Assurance & Business Advisory Services for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

She is active in the community and currently serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for The Stanley Clark School, as a member of the St. Joseph County Hotel Motel Tax Board of Managers, and as a member of the Beacon Board Quality & Clinical Integration Committee. She has also served in leadership positions with St. Joseph Parish-South Bend, the Junior League of South Bend, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County. She and her husband, Scott, are the grateful parents of 3 children.
