Kate Fisher is a Junior from Cincinnati at Ohio. She
is a versatile athelete that sees action all over the
field. She has played in every game in her first two
seasons with the Irish.
In 1994 Kate made the move to defender when Julie Vogel
was injured in the preseason. She also saw action for
four games at midfield when Jodi Hartwig was out. She
had 13 assists on the year and had assists in seven
straight games.
In 1992 as a Freshman Kate was one of the first two players
off the bench along with Stacia Masters. She scored Notre
Dame's second goal in the MCC Championship game against
Xavier. She also assisted on Michelle McCarthy's game
winning goal against Duke.
