Production Checklist

Lighting

There is a house light plot which must remain in place for every event. These lights may not be refocused, with the exception of several specials noted in the plot, but color may be changed. Additional units may be added from the unused inventory as space and circuiting permit. Exceptions may be made as personnel and scheduling permits. Please see manager to discuss.

Access to house color media for a $20 fee, or the manager can assist in ordering color specifically for your event.

Each group is responsible for hanging and circuiting any added units, and for changing color. Washington Hall Staff must do all focusing of lights, unless othewise approved. Focus time scheduled in advance.

Flying Scenery

Any need for hanging items overhead beyond the basic house set-up should be discussed with the manager prior to your event, and will be installed by Washington Hall staff.

Miscellaneous

You are required to provide technical personnel and ushers for your event. Please refer to Building Rules for more information.

All materials related to your event must be removed in the time allotted, unless alternate arrangements are made with the manager. Failure to do so may result in a suspension of privileges in Washington Hall.
