The University of Notre Dame is located just north of downtown South Bend, IN. Next to South Bend is the city of Mishawaka, and together the two cities have a population of approximately 150,000, and the metropolitan area over 300,000.

These twin cities are surrounded by beautiful farmland. The beaches of lake Michigan are less than an hour away, and the city of Chicago is about a 90 minute drive.
