 Notes:
*Housing needs to be reserved as soon as possible. Reservations for the regular season should be received by March 15. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be submitted with reservation. Reservation request forms are available and should be submitted to the Director or Assistant Director.
*Special rates for classes, meetings, long term projects (2+ years), etc. can be negotiated with the Director.

As new equipment is made available, items will be added. If the piece of equipment is not listed and is not in the Common Lab, it is unavailable for use for research projects.

INCIDENTAL CHARGES

• Copies will be $0.05 each; a copy card will be issued to keep track of project copies

• Fax will be $0.60/page plus the cost of the call.

• Long distance phone calls only with a calling card

• Gasoline charges will remain as the actual cost

• Lost key charge is $50

• Non-hazardous waste disposal is $0.10/lb

• Chemical and hazardous waste disposal is the actual cost plus $50 is substance is unknown

• Locker in storage building is $60/month or $300/year

• UNDERC vehicles are available for on-property research. The charge is $0.25/mile plus the cost of gasoline
