Some of the powerpoint presentations include a "Notes" section to explain each slide. To view the notes as you are viewing the slides, follow these instructions:

1. Open the presentation by clicking on the link
2. Once the presentation is open, place the mouse on the slide, and right-click.
3. Choose "Edit Slides"
4. The notes are now listed below each slide
5. Use the mouse to adjust the bar above the notes, so that more or less of the notes section is visible

OR

1. Save the file to your hard drive
2. Open the powerpoint file
3. The notes should be visible at the bottom of the screen...follow step 5 above to adjust your screen
