The theme of the conference is
"The role of private information in private good and public good provision:
A conference in honor of the 65th birthday of Mark A. Satterthwaite and the 70th birthday of John O. Ledyard."

In keeping with the long-standing practice of this conference, papers on any other topics traditional to the Decentralization Conference (e.g. communication, computation, contracting, matching, networks, and team theory) will also be considered.


All sessions will take place at the Royal Irish Academy
and will run from 9:00 am on Thursday, April 8 to 12:15 pm on Saturday, April 11.


Submission and Program Information
To submit a paper, please email a pdf version to Tom Gresik.
Complete papers are preferred but extended abstracts will be considered.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, January 15, 2010.
The program will be announced by Monday, February 15, 2010.

Conference funding will be available to cover reasonable travel and hotel expenses for the speakers. Some funding may be available to defray travel costs for other participants with a priority given to graduate students.

Reimbursement Guidelines: American and Canadian speakers - Airfare up to $800 (on an American carrier for U.S. speakers) and 4 nights at the O'Callaghan Alexander rate. European speakers - Reasonable airfare and 3 nights at the O'Callaghan Alexander rate. Speakers from other regions - Please check with Tom Gresik.
