The information listed below is based on Summer 2012. Summer 2013 information will be available in mid-February.
Meal Plans: Prepaid summer meal plans are available for use in South Dining Hall from lunch on May 29 and end after dinner on August 2. A
meal plan
week starts on Saturday before breakfast and ends Friday after dinner. Unused
meals do
not carry over to the following week and are nonrefundable.
Breakfast is from 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Lunch is from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Dinner is from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (Note: There will be no dinner meal on Friday, June 1)
Please make your choices prior to your arrival on campus; however, you may modify your choices through the online application link before Friday, midnight, for the upcoming week.
Weekly Meal Plan Pricing:
21 Meals per week (average of 3/day)
$168 per week. Full meal plan.
$145 per week. Includes any combination of meals.
10 Meals per week (average of 2/day)
$115.25 per week. Includes any combination of meals.
5 Meals per week (average of 1/day)
$60.50 per week. Includes any combination of meals.

Summer Flex Points: You may purchase Flex Points for your ID card for use during the entire summer session (with or without a meal plan) to buy food by debit at campus restaurants and eateries. One Flex Point is equivalent to one dollar. Many students supplement Meal Plans with Flex Points to experience a variety of food choices across campus. Once purchased, Flex Points are nonrefundable. You may add Summer Flex Points at any time in the summer by following the steps below. Summer Flex points are valid from May 29 - August 3.
Submit your request for Flex Points by sending an email to idcard@nd.edu from your Notre Dame email account listing your ndId number and the amount of Summer Flex points you would like. Allow two business days for processing.
Flex Points can be purchased in amounts of $20, $50, $100, $200, $300 and $400.
Payments: Your Student Account will be billed weekly for the upcoming meal plan choice. Flex points will be billed to your Student Account once purchased.
