Registration:
Notre Dame Continuing students:
Notre Dame degree-seeking continuing students (i.e., students who attended Notre Dame during the Spring semester of 2013 and who are eligible to continue their studies during the Fall semester of 2013) must register for summer session courses through insideND. Registration begins Wednesday, March 20, 2013 and continues through the course add and drop dates published in the bulletin.
Non-Notre Dame Summer Students:
If you attend Notre Dame only during the summer, you may apply and register for courses through the Application Form. Once you have been admitted, you may drop or add courses using the University’s registration system on insideND, according to the add and drop dates printed for each course.

ND Roll Call:
All students must complete the ND Roll Call process through insideND each semester.ND Roll Call is the third step in admission to the summer session and is independent of the application or registration (course selection) process. All students, including Notre Dame continuing students, must complete ND Roll Call at the beginning of their class(es) using the University's “ND Roll Call” process through insideND.
After registering for at least one class; Notre Dame continuing students, and summer-only students who have applied and have received notification of admission, may use the ND Roll Call process beginning on May 20, 2013. To use ND Roll Call go to insideND and select the “Student Academic” tab. Then, within the "Student Academic Services" channel, select "ND Roll Call."
To access insideND, Summer-only students must first obtain a NetID and password by accessing https://accounts.nd.edu/activation.
All financial accounts for the summer session and for any previous semester(s) for which there are unpaid charges must be settled at the first class day. This is a pre-condition for maintaining registration and participating in summer session courses.
ND Roll Call deadlines for the Summer Session:
Students who have registered for courses that begin during the first week of the summer session (June 17-21) must complete ND Roll Call no later than Friday, June 21, 2013. Late ND Roll Call process of students for these courses must be authorized by the Director of the Summer Session. Once a student has received late authorization, he or she can complete the ND Roll Call process.
Any summer-only student who has applied to the summer session for courses and has not received official notice of admission, and any student who has not yet applied, must report to the Office of the Registrar, 300 Grace Hall, before attempting to use ND Roll Call or pay fees.

Students who have registered for courses that begin before or after the first week of the summer session (June 17-21) must complete the ND Roll Call process by the first class day. Students only need to use ND Roll Call once, even if they are taking courses that begin before or after the first week of the summer session.
