Legal Information for Renters

The purpose of this pamphlet [.pdf] is to provide general and important legal information to renters about the law governing apartment rentals in Indiana. It provides a basic overview of the rights and responsibilities of landlords and renters. All information was compiled by the Legal Aid Clinic.
