As you know, I am currently a doctoral student in the College of Fine Arts at Ball State University. I am working under the guidance of Dr. Ester and Dr. McAllister on a project identifying factors that influence a student's choice of collegiate major. The purpose of my study is to assist music teachers in developing courses of study and advising materials for students interested in pursuing music as a career.
