Efroymson Foundation Emerging Artist Awards

The Museum has received another annual $10,000 grant to be distribted as cash awards to undergraduate and graduate students based on the quality and creativity of their culminating theses exhibiton projects for their May 2009 BFA and MFA degrees. The awards were determined by a committee comprised of the Museum's director, the chair of the Art, Art History and Design Department and the undergraduate and graduate faculty advisors for the exhibition. The prizes were announced at the April 5, 2009 opening reception for the BFA/MFA Candidates' Theses Exhibition.
