Usage: Need GIMP with Python-FU support enabled, and copy the extracted *py files into ~/.gimp-xxx/plug-ins/, check if menu items Xtns(or Filters)/Python-Fu/GetVectors(Footprint, MakeWire, MakeMajorityGate) exist, if they are, you are ready to go!

Limitations: Make sure you only open one image file at a time, and the image file must have only one layer
