After surfing by the sax website once again, I realized my information is now
pathetically out of date. Here's my updated information!

I received my Ph.D. in History from Arizona State University in 2001 and am now
Assistant Professor of History at Bethel College in Kansas. My new email is
pmoon@bethelks.edu. So, if any saxes have the good fortune of traveling to
Newton, Kansas, look up the Moons and we'd be glad to share a beer with you!
(Hell, we might even let you have your own beer!)

Peace,
Penny

Hey! Could you please revise what I've written under my name on the Sax Alumni Page? Keep up the good work! See below.

Thanks,
Penny

Hello! It's been so long since we began destroying our livers, it brings a tear to my eye! After visiting Amy Cunningham Goodwine, I was compelled to place in the public domain some of my fondest memories of the Sax Section 1987-1991.

1. A grand section total of 36 "boots" for the Tennessee trip.
2. The section's whole-hearted commitment to annoy the bejesus out of the trumpet section during the Tennessee trip. Who can forget "Trumpets drink urine!"?
3. The physical altercation that ensued between Geoff Koplas and a moron trumpet after approximately 36 hours of continually chanting, "Trumpets drink urine!"
4. Pete Durning loosing it in a cab at the Orange Bowl--damn those safety windows!!
5. Matt Cenedella's green Converse tennis shoes. I don't even want to begin to guess the half life of those things.
6. Shoving various and sundry "freshman objects of abuse" into the "penalty box" on any given bus trip.
7. Humbly receiving and fulfilling my quota of "Fightin' Irish" whiskey from the Torch.
8. Amy Cunningham's enthusiatic, but nonetheless incredibly stupid, section cheers.
9. Karen Mack's repeated attempts to belch the entire alphabet. Who said drinking isn't didactic?
10. Freedom rock!!

Hello! I'm writing to let the band know my e-mail address. My name is Penny Adams Moon and I graduated in 1991 after having spent four wonderful years in the sax section. I am currently living in Glendale, AZ and working on my doctorate in history at Arizona State University. My husband Hank (ND89, baritone) is currently working on the state health care system's computer programming. I am interested in contacting the saxes from 1991-1993, particularly Kevin Moffa, Matt Cenedella, Karen Mack and Pete Durning. If anyone can help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it! Go Irish! Penny Moon's e-mail address= penmoon@imap2.asu.edu Saxes rule, Penny
