The Office of Research is committed to supporting University Research
Faculty and Administrators in the post-award administration process of
managing their grants and contracts. This workshop will present
and explain existing policies and procedures affecting sponsored program
activity at the University of Notre Dame. The Office of Research
will walk you through services provided from the very early negotiation
stage and take you through project closeout. Specifically, the topics
to be covered include:

Subaward Agreements
Cost Transfers
Grant Transfers
Budget Revisions
No-Cost Extensions
Cost Sharing
Electronic Document System/Livelink
Project Closeout

Proposal and Award Web Content Manager
This workshop is intended for faculty and research administrators who
manage proposals and awards through livelink. Offered by the Office of
Research, this workshop will discuss how to manage documents, how to upload
and download documents, searching techniques, changing account information,
online viewing and other livelink topics.

Account Management
The Controller’s Office offers quick, on-site training for researchers
needing to familiarize themselves with the basics of reviewing budgets,
year-to-date transactions and other information found in the Finance System.
