Checklist of Proposal Contents

Listed below are contents for proposals to the National Science Foundation, however these items are fairly standard for all sponsors.

• Cover Page, either Sponsor or University form with
      required signatures

• Table of Contents

• Project Summary

• Project Description

• Bibliography of pertinent literature

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) of all senior personnel

• List of up to 5 publications most closely related to the     
      proposed work and up to 5 others for each investigator

• List of collaborators within past 48 months and names of       graduate and post-doctoral advisors of each investigator

• Budget (plus internal budget form)

• Budget justification

• Current and pending support

• Description of available facilities and major items of    
      equipment to be used
