Keep the Vision
Guest speaker Chuck Lennon, executive director of the Notre Dame
Alumni Association, stressed at September’s Renovare Huddle
that Renovare is not a place in time. It is instead a process
that requires a constant vision of the benefit to the University.

“You are at a stage in the project
where complacency can set in,” Lennon
said. At times, people on the team will be
angry with each other, angry about the project,
Lennon said. Moreover, he noted, “You
are at a stage in the project that could
lead you to complacency can set in.”
“Don’t let that happen,” Lennon
said, encouraging Renovare members to keep
the vision of the project and leverage “that
Notre Dame enthusiasm and attitude.”
Lennon closed his presentation by asking
team members to sign a poster as a symbol
of their commitment to the Renovare program.
Lennon gave each who signed a Notre Dame
Alumni coin.
