Author Checklist

As you prepare your manuscript for submission please use the following checklist to ensure your submission is complete.

• The style and tone conforms to RM’s guidelines for style and tone.
• The text conforms to RM’s requirements concerning quotations and block quotations, abbreviations, acronyms, diacritical marks, and other special symbols (non-numeric and non-letter symbols)
• All references conforms to RM’s guidelines.
• Manuscript Preparation: Three (3) copies of the manuscript, printed single-sided, double-spaced and with generourous margins (at least 1 inch or 2.5 cm) for the manuscript’s entirety (all sections including block quotations etc.).
• A current postal address and an email address (when available) are provided
• Final manuscript, with all parts completed and enclosed in the following order:
  • Title page
  • Body Text
  • Acknowledgments
  • Notes
  • References
  • Tables
  • Figures, plates, or other illustrations
  • Captions for figures and illustrations
  • Permissions
  • Authors’ biographical statements
• Media: Submission is made on both:
  • paper (3 copies) and
  • electronic media: file(s) saved as HTML, RTF, or MS Word onto CD, or 3.5 in. floppy
• Completed, signed and dated Copyright Agreement (pdf)
