Marguerite
works with community partners and
university departments to develop
educational programs for adults at
the Robinson Community Learning Center.
She is also responsible for creating
marketing strategies to ensure community
participation and volunteer involvement
in programs at the Center. She works
with students to facilitate their
learning through participation and
reflection at the RCLC. |

Luther Tyson

Luther
provides vision, instruction, and technical
skills to overcome the digital divide
that affects various residents of our
community. Through classroom teaching,
mentoring, and maintenance of software
and hardware in 30 multi-platform computers
throughout facility, he brings structure
and support to the computer lab.
He
also supports staff and is charged with
the overall RCLC Web and database management,
staff training, maintenance of software
and hardware, and general troubleshooting. |

Ellen Paul

Take Ten Project Coordinator

Ellen
is involved in the recruiting and training
of Take Ten volunteers from
local universities and colleges, promoting
Take Ten within the community and the
development of a Take Ten curriculum.
Ellen is also involved in other programs
within the community that relate to
children and violence. |

Andy wears many hats at the Center. He supports career development for youth and adults, through direct work with participants, as well as building relationships with area employers and training organizations.
Significantly, Andy also provide leadership among volunteers and high school peer mentors for the Take Ten program in area high schools. Finally, Andy leads a team of other Center staff to manage our database. |

Velshonna Luckey

Velshonna coordinates the After School program and ensures all children in grades k-12 have appropriate supervision, attend all classes and tutoring.
Velshonna and her staff plan and implement a wide assortment of developmental activities and seminars for each age group. She is also responsible for recruitment and discipline. |

Youth Justice
Project Coordinator

Peter
leads theRCLC's Youth Justice Project
(YJP). He coordinates training and orientation
for all those who have committed to
make this work in the South Bend community.
He works with the law enforcement community,
the legal system, church and community
leaders, families and youth offenders
to effect a positive outcome in the
aftermath of non-violent criminal offense. |

Judy provides administrative and organizational support for the Center, primarily to the Director.
She is responsible for scheduling the use of various rooms in the facility to outside organizations, as well as ensuring the Center's trademark spirit of hospitality, welcome, and order in the reception area. |
