8/6/07 South Bend Airport runway repairs affects DHL

Procurement Services has been informed by DHL of the following service workaround while the South Bend Airport runway is under construction.

For express parcel pickups, please contact DHL Customer Service at 800-225-5345 to have the pickups completed by Noon on 8/7/07. All deliveries and pickups will be done by trucks and packages may be delayed. Please call DHL customer service with any questions.

Normal delivery/pick-up process will resume once the South Bend Airport is operational.

Please note that UPS and FedEx may experience similar issues. Please contact Customer Service for any additional information on UPS and FedEx.
