7/18/11 New Procurement Director Announced

Vaibhav Agarwal has been named Director of Procurement Services, effective July 18, 2011.  Previously, Vaibhav was the Director of Procurement Systems.  He brings much relevant experience to the director position, having been with the Procurement Services department since 2001.
