Admissions to the Poverty Studies Interdisciplinary Minor

Students must meet with the director to discuss their minor, after which they must submit a written proposal of their intentions to the director for approval. This application can be made at any time in the academic year.

 

Although students will be advised to take the Gateway course in their second year of studies, they will be eligible for the program at any time as long as they can feasibly complete the requirements.

4. Relevant experiences with persons living in poverty and/or programs targeting poor populations

  • Experiential Learning (room for 4 options in order of preference)
