We present a global solution to a Riemann problem for the pressure gradient equation. The Riemann problem has initially two contact discontinuities and two shock waves. The solution has a shock wave that is usually regarded as a free boundary in the selfsimilar variable plane. We use the latest method of oblique derivative boundary values mixed with Dirichlet boundary values.
