And here's the big girl three or four days after her open-heart surgery. She's still pretty swollen, and the doctors don't want her to move around too much so her heart will heal correctly.

Believe it or not, Mom and Dad are actually doing pretty well at this point. We know Julia's heart defects have been repaired, and she'll be home soon!
