BILLING APPEAL FORM

At the end of each semester, hall staff members complete Room Condition Reports (RCR), which note the original condition and the ending condition of each room when the resident(s) check out.  At the end of the spring semester, all notations on the RCRs regarding changes in condition were entered into our system, which ultimately created charges on student accounts.  Unfortunately, many of the charges were incorrect.   After reviewing the charges, many were reduced or removed altogether.  You may see several transactions on your online bill for credits and charges as we had system errors when we attempted to correct the bills.  Please review your billing statement for any possible errors.  If you feel that you were inappropriately charged for damages, you are encouraged to submit an appeal.
