The
U.S. Department of State and other countries and governmental agencies
provide, free of charge, travel and consular information for people
traveling abroad on its website. We recommend that you monitor the consular
information for the country or countries to which you will be traveling.
Please note that the University strongly discourages travel by students
to any country with an active State Department travel warning. You can
find information at the following sites:

of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs (includes travel advisories,
country profile information, and public announcements): http://travel.state.gov/

of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (in English; French
text available; includes travel advisory and country profile information): http://www.voyage.gc.ca/consular_home-en.asp
- British Foreign
and Commonwealth Office (travel advisories, country profiles,

The University strongly
urges travelers to abide by the recommendations in US State Department

Sincerely,
