Special Instructions for Russia Facilited Program Applicants ONLY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RUSSIA FACILITATED PROGRAM APPLICANTS

Applicants to the Russia Facilitated program must submit two different applications to Notre Dame's Office of International Studies:

1.   OIS On-line application for Notre Dame
   • Please complete all components of the application.  .
   • PLEASE DO PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM. The electronic application and parental consent forms are due November 15th.
2. ACTR Application: Available online.
• You will only complete this application if accepted by ND to study abroad on this program. 
• Please complete all parts of the application as directed by ACTR and return to David Younger, 156 Hurley, by:

          September 15 for Spring semester applicants

          March 15 for Fall and Academic Year applicants
