Instructions for Summer Puebla Program Applicants ONLY
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PUEBLA SUMMER PROGRAM APPLICANTS
Applicants to the Puebla Summer program must submit two different applications to Notre Dame's International Study programs Office:
- OIS On-line application for Notre Dame:
- COMPLETE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION SECTION THROUGH THE ESSAY.
- You need ONE faculty academic recommendation (please enter the name Sarah Baer for the second faculty recommendation request and also as an alternate rector).
- You do not need to get academic or Dean approvals for summer programs.
- PLEASE DO PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM. The electronic application and parental consent forms are due March.
- Universidad de las Americas (UDLA) Centro Internacional de Lengua y Cultura (CILC) application:
- Print page 1 and 2 of the CILC application. Complete these pages and bring them to 153 Hurley by March 1.
- You must also attach an official transcript, a copy of your health insurance card, a copy of the first page of your passport, and one passport-sized photo.
NOTE REGARDING PASSPORTS: If you are considering applying to a summer program and you do not have a valid passport, or your passport is to expire within six months of your anticipated program end date, please take steps to obtain or renew your passport immediately. Passports can take longer than expected to process and you may need your passport to apply for visas well before your program begins.
