Special Instructions for Jerusalem Summer Program Applicants ONLY

Applicants to the Jerusalem Summer Program must submit an online application to Notre Dame's Office of International Studies:

1. OIS On-line application for Notre Dame:
   • Complete the entire on-line application. 
   • You need:
     • TWO FACULTY academic recommendations. (No approval needed from Academic Advisors or Deans.)
     • RECTOR recommendation.
     • Short Answers
     • Statement of Objectives
   • PLEASE DO PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM. The electronic application and parental consent forms are due November 15, 2009.
   • You must bring the parental consent form to 152 Hurley by November 15, 2009.

   St. Mary's students will not have access to the online application but may submit a paper application by the November 15th deadline.  Please contact Paula Worhatch in the main office of International Studies for a paper application:  pworhatc@nd.edu, or call 574-631-5882.
