Special Instructions for Berlin Program Applicants ONLY

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BERLIN PROGRAM APPLICANTS

Applicants to the Berlin program must submit two different applications to Notre Dame's Office of International Studies:

1. OIS On-line application for Notre Dame:
   • Please complete all parts of the application. 
   • PLEASE DO PRINT AND COMPLETE THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM. The electronic application and parental consent forms are due November 15.
     
2. Berlin Consortium for German Studies Application:
   • This application is not needed until you have received word of your acceptance by OIS. 
   • This form is available at http://www.ce.columbia.edu/berlin/visiting.cfm
