International Student Services & Activities:
International Student Services & Activities comprises two offices:
Programs and Immigration Services is responsible for providing services and programs to international students and their families that include pre-arrival correspondence; orientation; newsletters; general advising; counseling; resource and referral; and cultural and community outreach programs.
Immigration Services advises all international students on matters related to maintaining immigration status and offers other services such as issuance of I-20/DS-2019, and assistance in applying for employment authorization and change of status.
ND's Immigration Services also provides immigration assistance and advice to all F and J international students and dependents at Notre Dame. The office helps to educate and remind all F and J students about their immigration rules, responsibilities, deadlines and benefits; They will process important immigration requests (for travel signatures, work authorizations, dependent documents, etc.) and offer helpful information sessions; they also produce informative publications, forms, and applications to help you maintain lawful status.
