Roger Mullins, former associate vice president for human resources, will go to court on Tuesday, Oct. 19. The former University employee faces charges of stalking two former female law students.
Mullins was set to go to trial on July 27, but according to John Maciejczyk, an attorney for the prosecution, his defense asked for a contiuance in order to further prepare for the case.
Tuesday's meeting will be a status hearing to determine how the case is progressing and to see if a settlement has been reached, said Bill Stanley, Mullins' attorney.
