An article that appeared in Tuesday's edition of The Observer reported the death of Nancy Fallon, and incorrectly identified Fallon as a volunteer of St. Joseph's Soup Kitchen in South Bend. She was a volunteer of St. Augustine's Soup Kitchen in South Bend. The article also stated that Fallon was 45; she was 44. Fallon is survived by her husband Steve and three children: Samuel, 14; Claire, 11; and Daniel, 9. All three children attend St. Joseph School. She is also survived by her mother, Marilyn Hunbgarland, of Richmond, Ky., and a brother, Mark Hungarland, of Lindenhurst, Ill.
