But as Notre Dame's season transfers into the very physical Big East play, the focus of the team's style of play, especially on the defensive side, may need to shift as well.

On the Mediterranean coast of Egypt, there lies the ancient city of Alexandria. Named after its founder, Alexander the Great, the city was once home to a library the greatness of which was unrivalled throughout the world. The Library of Alexandria was more than a place where books were collected and studied; it contained lecture areas, gardens, a shrine to each of the muses (the original meaning of the Latin word "museum") and even a zoo. At one time the Library is thought to have held more than half a million documents from Greece, Persia, Egypt, Assyria, India and elsewhere.
