Summary of Deadlines
   
 Deadline for Submission of Abstracts   June 1, 2005
  The abstracts of all the contributions accepted for presentation at the meeting will be collected in a volume and distributed to each participant at registration. All participants are asked to electronically submit a one-page abstract (pdf, doc or ps) to cgs12@nd.edu.
 
   
   
Early Registration Deadline June 30, 2005
  Registration fee includes all meeting materials, meals, receptions and Wednesday excursion to Chicago. Registration fees are: $375.00 for Full Registration, $300 for Graduate Students and $175 for a companion/guest (which includes reception, banquet/outing and concert). After June 30 the registration fee will increase to $450.00 for Full and $375 for Graduate Students.
 
   
   
Manuscript Submission for Proceedings September 4, 2005
  The proceedings of the conference will be published by AIP. Detailed instructions for authors as well as templates in LaTex or MS Word (6 x 9 inch format) are available online at http://proceedings.aip.org. The manuscripts will be collected at the beginning of the conference during registration on September 4, 2005. Invited talks will have up to 8 pages, oral contributions will have up to 5 pages, and poster presentations will have 2 pages.
