Navy/USMC Ball

The annual ball, which celebrated both the Navy and Marine Corps birthdays, took place at the College Football Hall of Fame on 2 NOV with Vice ADM Fowler, superintendent of the USNA, as our guest of honor. The ball was a great success and thank you to all who helped put it on!

24-Hour Run

Trident Naval Society organized its annual fundraiser for Special Olympics from 21- 22 SEP in which Midshipmen ran non-stop for 24 hours encouraging people to donate to Special Olympics. Nearly $3000 was raised for the charity.

Commander's Cup Football

In a traditional competition involving multiple sports, community service projects, and academics, Navy played and beat both Army & Air Force in flag football on 15 SEP to take the lead in the race for the sacred cup.

ND vs. Michigan

Notre Dame Navy ROTC played Michigan's NROTC unit in a friendly game of flag football in Ann Arbor on 14 SEP. ND took home the Fighting Irish/Wolverine football helmet trophy for the 2nd year in a row with a dominating win!

Patriots Day 2007

The Ceremony was held on September 11, 2007 in front of the Hesburgh Library Reflecting Pool.  The guest speaker was Men's Basketball coach Mike Brey.  All ROTC personnel at the University were present, along with a sizable contingent of the local community.

Freshmen Orientation 2007

Notre Dame NROTC held it's annual Freshman Orientation week from 19-24 AUG. This week serves as an introduction to the Naval Service and a preview of what to expect as a Midshipman at Notre Dame. Midshipmen learned about the importance of proper conditioning as well as close order drill and personnel inspections. Welcome aboard!!

 


Community Service

Tutoring at Riley High School
Riley High School has a MCJROTC program in their school. Some of the students struggle in their classes and need tutors for the following subjects: Math, English, Biology, Chemistry
This opportunity is available any school day M-F from 0835-1445.
