Marine Officer Instructor

The Marine Officer Instructor (MOI) is a Major in the United States Marine Corps and is a 0602 Communication and Information Systems Officer. He enlisted in the USMC and earned his commission through the Broadened Opportunity for Officer Selection and Training (BOOST) program and received a Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) scholarship. He is a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and has a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Naval Postgraduate School. The MOI is directly responsible for the training of all Marine Option Midshipmen in preparation for Officer Candidate School (OCS) and The Basic School (TBS).
