2007-2008 Officer BoardPresident: Sara PutnamVice President: Tiara Torres Secretary: Amanda Hentz Treasurer: Angela Chapman Alumni Relations Commissioners: Beth Gee and Amy Eliott Liturgical Commissioner: Krista-Lynn Wight Position Descriptions President: Plans officer meetings, attends Student Activities meetings, fills out official forms, etc. Vice President: Assists the president with all the stuff mentioned above. Secretary: Mostly just takes and keeps track of attendance. Occasionally sends out emails. Treasurer: Keeps track of the choir funds, plans the budget, collects and keeps track of dues and tour payments, and other money related things. Liturgical Commissioner: Leads prayer at the end of rehearsal. Theoretically plans the fall retreat, which we haven't done for the last 2 years thanks to wacky football scheduling, but would be excellent if we did again. Alumni Relations Commissioner: Plans and organizes the newsletter, which we try to do once per semester Librarian: A paid position! Organizes music and lays it out for rehearsal, stocks and cleans out binders. You can make your own hours. |
