Resources
The following gymnastics resources and tips have been accumulated to inform our Notre Dame and St. Mary's gymnasts, their parents, friends, and gymnastic fans about what the various events and rotations that occur during a gymnastics meet are, a glossary of gymnastics terms, strategies to minimize gymnastics injuries, a bunch of tips courtesy of Tulsa World of Gymnastics, maps and satellite views of potential competitive venues, ways to minimize the dreaded "rip", and some injury information related to gymnastics versus other sports.
Finally, at the bottom of the Resources page are links for maps to the ND-SMC Gymnastics Club practice location and maps to scheduled and potential gymnastics meets plus a pdf map of the Notre Dame campus.
