Devin Johnston is the author of three books of poetry, Sources (Turtle Point Press, forthcoming 2008), Aversions (Omnidawn, 2004) and Telepathy (Paper Bark Press, 2001), as well as a number of chapbooks. The latter include a collaboration with the artist Brian Calvin entitled Looking Out (LVNG Supplemental Series, 2004). He has written two books of prose: Creaturely and Other Essays (Turtle Point Press, forthcoming 2009), reflections on animal life, and Precipitations: Contemporary American Poetry as Occult Practice (Wesleyan UP, 2002). He co-directs Flood Editions, an independent publishing house, and teaches at Saint Louis University.
