Catherine Kasper has been the recipient of an AWP Intro Award, an
Academy of American Poets' Prize, a Pushcart Prize nomination, the Charles
Goodnow Award, a Texas Writer's League creative non-fiction award, and the
Mid-American Review Fineline Award. Blueprints of the City, a prose poem
series was published as a chapbook (Transparent Tiger Press, 2000), and her
chapter on poetry and poetics is published in the anthology Vectors: New
Poetics (Samizdat
Editions). Her poetry is forthcoming in the anthology, Of
Tangible Knowledge.
