The Career Services Office (CSO) offers an array of programs and services to assist Notre Dame students in identifying and obtaining challenging and rewarding employment. Among the services provided to students are the following:

Individual Counseling
Students can meet individually or in a group with career services professionals. The CSO recognizes that each student's career path is different and strives to meet the needs and interests of individual students, no matter what a student's career goal(s) may be.

Programs include resume and cover-letter writing, interviewing skills, and the legal job-search process. The office also invites alumni and other special guests to present programs on legal practice areas and alternative careers in such areas large-firm hiring and practice, government employment, judicial clerkships, public interest careers and corporate practice - just to name a few.

Interviewing
Notre Dame Law School attracts over 250 employers from all areas of the country to campus every year to interview for summer and permanent positions. In support of this sizeable On Campus Interviewing program, the CSO coordinates a mock interview program each semester to help students strengthen their interviewing skills. Additionally, the CSO provides videoconferencing services so that employers may interview students when schedule conflicts prohibit the in-person, on-campus interview.
