Marie E. Bensman, Director of Admissions and Financial Aid
Ms. Bensman joined the Notre Dame Law School in August, 2006. As Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, she brings 25 years of experience in higher education to Notre Dame. Ms. Bensman has a BA in Theatre/Speech Communications and an MS in Counseling. Her career in higher education includes experience in admissions, financial aid, records, student orientation, alumni relations and development.
   

Heather Moriconi, Assistant Director of Admissions
A member of the Admissions Office staff since 1996, Ms. Moriconi plays a vital role in assisting prospective students throughout the admissions process. As assistant director, she represents the Law School at Law Forums across the country and is the primary contact for visitors to the Law School. Additionally, Ms. Moriconi is responsible for coordinating the involvement of both current students and alumni in various admissions events and efforts.

Melissa Fruscione, Assistant Director of Admissions
Ms. Fruscione returned to Notre Dame to join the Law School Admissions office as an Assistant Director of Admissions in August, 2006. Ms. Fruscione earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Notre Dame, her Juris Doctor degree, with a concentration in Criminal Law, from the University at Buffalo Law School, and is admitted to the New York Bar. For the past four years, she has worked in law school recruitment and admissions.

Margaret Edgington
Ms. Edgington welcomes visitors, callers and students alike with a distinctive English accent and a congenial personality. A member of the staff since 1997, Ms. Edgington responds to general inquiries and assists prospective students with a variety of issues and questions regarding the Law School and the admissions process.

Patricia Cavanaugh, Alumni Volunteer Coordinator
Ms. Cavanaugh joined the Notre Dame Law School Admissions staff as the Alumni Volunteer Coordinator in January, 2006. Over 250 Law School Alumni from across the country generously donate their time to attend law days and forums, to sponsor Fall information sessions for prospective applicants, to host Spring luncheons for admitted applicants, and to do general outreach. She coordinates the participation of the alumni in these recruiting events throughout the academic year.
   
Wendy Noecker
With primary responsibility for the Admissions Office Information System, Ms. Noecker joined the admissions staff in January 1999. Ms. Noecker shares responsibility for the efficient processing of applications and also is responsible for producing much of the Office's written communications with prospective applicants as well as a variety of reports for the office.

Mrs. Barnes joined the admissions office staff in May 2007. She shares the responsibility of efficiently processing applications and for producing much of the office's written communications with prospective applicants.
