On
July 18, 2006, Professor Richard Garnett will provide an
invited
response at an interdisciplinary conference, "Can You
Tell Me What a Parish
Is?", hosted by the Dominican School of Philosophy and
Theology at Loyola
University in Chicago, Illinois. Professor Garnett will respond
to a paper
presented by Mark Chopko, General Counsel to the United States
Conference of
Catholic Bishops, called "The Schizophrenic Constitution?" More
