Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy

jlepp coverThe Journal

Unlike traditional law reviews, our Journal devotes each issue to a single topic of public concern. The Journal explores the legal, ethical and policy considerations of each topic within the framework of the Judeo-Christian intellectual and moral tradition. It has a national audience of people actively involved in the formulation of public policy, and regularly includes timely pieces from a broad spectrum of prominent scholars and officials.

Volume 24

The Journal is now accepting submissions for Volume 24. Issue 1 will address “Urban Development in the 21st Century.” Issue 2 will address “The Rise and Fall of the Middle Class.” Interested authors may find more information here.
