The Journal of Legislation is a law review specializing in legislation, public policy, and regulatory affairs. The Journal evaluates existing law and proposed legislation in light of changing social, economic, and technological factors. It airs the views of prominent legislators, professors and others on questions at the cutting edge of law and public policy.
