Spousal ND ID Cards
Spouses of graduate students are now eligible to receive Notre Dame ID cards. Spouses can use their cards at the library, RecSports buildings; and for Domer Dollars. The initial cost for the ID card is $5, $30 for a replacement card – cash only.
To receive your card, you will need to complete these steps:
1. Complete the Spousal ND ID Card Request Form.
2. Check the appropriate box on the form (via email, mailbox, Admissions Office) indicating how you would like to receive the Spouse ID number.
3. Law Student or Spouse brings the form and your marriage certificate or license to the Admissions Office.
4. The ID number you will need for the Spouse ID card will be issued within 48 hours from the time you drop off the attached form. You will be notified by the method you indicated on the form.
5. Spouse takes the form to the Card Services Office (located in the lower level of the South Dining Hall with $5), a government issued photo ID, and your student ID card.
If you are planning nuptials within the school year, congratulations! After you receive your marriage license or certificate come to the office with the completed form and your new spouse will be able to enjoy the benefits.
