Occupational Health Program
The Occupational Health Program is required for all persons listed on an animal protocol or requiring access to the animal facilities. The University of Notre Dame's Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee requires documentation of participation as an item on animal protocol submission forms. The IACUC is provided confirmation of occupational health prior to the review or approval of animal use protocols. Failure to comply with the IACUC's Occupational Health Program may delay the approval of animal protocols. The Occupational Health Program as of May 11, 2012 will be administered through the Office of Risk Management & Safety. All questions and inquiries should be directed to J. Leevy at jrose7@nd.edu.
